The past couple of years have been tough on most of us. From COVID-19 to political unrest, job loss, and more, we have been through A LOT.

Shanae shares, “Now, more than ever, it’s vital that we make and take the time we need to tend to our inner and outer selves. Trauma is rampant, which means self-care is necessary all the more.

Take care of YOU, sis! You cannot pour from an empty cup. What’s for you is yours and is already coming your way.”
